The terms for using our website and Auguro Edge.
Scope and eligibility
These terms cover your use of the Adelume Studios website and Auguro Edge, provided by Adelume Studios LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your location. Auguro Edge is intended for adults.
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app where applicable: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Apple and Google store terms also apply to transactions made through their stores.
Sports information, not guaranteed outcomes
Auguro Edge provides sports fixtures, analysis, model-generated selections and separately identified curated selections. It does not accept wagers, hold betting funds or place bets for you. Nothing in the app guarantees a win, profit, accuracy level or particular outcome. Model probabilities are estimates, not promises. Human-curated or VIP selections can also lose.
Information can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and odds or lines can change. Independently check current details before relying on them. You are responsible for your decisions and compliance with local law. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.
Accounts and access
Keep your account secure and use accurate information. Do not share paid access, impersonate another person, bypass access controls or obtain rewards or purchases fraudulently. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Access is verified by our server. A purchase is associated with its original Auguro account; sign into that account when restoring. We may require reauthentication or supporting information to investigate access issues.
Plans, pricing and subscriptions
The app and store purchase sheet explain each product’s price, duration and available benefits before confirmation. Store-localized prices and any taxes shown at checkout apply. Premium and VIP are recurring monthly subscriptions. They renew according to the store’s terms unless you cancel renewal through Apple or Google.
VIP includes access to the curated tier when selections are available. Payment does not guarantee a minimum number of picks, coverage of every fixture or an outcome. Availability depends on data, eligibility and editorial decisions. Changes to subscription prices or billing are handled through the applicable store and required notices.
Day Pass
Day Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase for 24 hours of the access described at checkout, starting from the verified purchase time. Restoring a pass does not restart or extend those 24 hours. An expired or refunded pass does not provide current access.
Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription or request a refund. Use the appropriate store controls for cancellation and refunds.
Free access and rewarded ads
Eligible free accounts may request up to five rewarded-ad sessions per day. The daily allowance resets at midnight UTC. Ads depend on provider availability and your privacy settings. A verified reward unlocks only the eligible AI selection described in that flow; it does not grant general VIP or curated access.
We must receive and verify the provider’s reward confirmation. An unavailable, interrupted or unverified ad may not unlock a pick. Do not use automated, repeated or manipulated requests to bypass the limit. If you completed an ad but access is missing, contact support.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage subscription renewal and refund requests through the store that processed your purchase. Eligibility and processing are governed by that store’s procedures and applicable consumer law. We do not promise that a refund request will be approved or completed immediately.
Access is updated after verified purchase, expiry, cancellation or refund information reaches our service. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access through the verified paid period; a verified refund or revocation can end the affected access earlier. Contact support if the displayed status is inconsistent.
Acceptable use and ownership
You may use the app and its content for your own lawful personal use. The app, branding and original content belong to Adelume Studios LLC or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Do not redistribute paid content, scrape or resell the service, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not limit statutory rights.
Availability, suspension and responsibility
We may maintain, correct, update or discontinue features and may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or serious violations. Where required, we will provide notice and honor applicable paid-access and consumer obligations.
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free information or fitness for a particular decision. We are not responsible for a sporting result or losses caused by decisions you make using analysis. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights or remedies required by law.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy at https://adelumestudios.com/privacy explains data handling. We may update these terms as services change, with notice or renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to earlier purchases.
