How we handle information for our website and Auguro Edge.
Who we are and what this covers
Adelume Studios LLC, an Ohio company, operates this website and Auguro Edge. This policy explains the personal information processed for our website, sports-analysis app, account support, paid access and rewarded ads. Other Adelume products may provide additional notices for their own features. Contact info@adelumestudios.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
When you sign in, we process an account identifier and the name, email address or profile information supplied by your sign-in provider. You can use the privacy options offered by Apple or Google, including an Apple relay email where available. Firebase Authentication processes sign-in credentials and authentication information.
We process preferences you save, such as favorite sports, teams and leagues, and your saved selections or portfolio entries to provide your account experience. Information you send to support, including your email and message, is used to respond and resolve the issue. Do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purchases and access
Apple or Google processes store payments. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details. We and RevenueCat process product identifiers, transaction or receipt information, purchase history, account identifiers, purchase times, expiry and refund status to verify purchases, restore access, prevent misuse and understand subscription activity.
Purchases are associated with the Auguro account used for verification. Rewarded-ad sessions and grants are associated with your account and the eligible pick. Completing an ad is not sufficient by itself: we verify the provider callback before granting access.
Ads, device information and diagnostics
Auguro Edge uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. These services may process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, consent choices, app interactions, crash information, performance information and other diagnostics. These are used for ad delivery, measurement, consent, security and service improvement.
On iPhone, we request Apple’s tracking permission before loading an owned rewarded ad. If you allow tracking, Google may use the advertising identifier for advertising measurement across apps and websites. If you decline or tracking is restricted, the identifier is unavailable to the ads SDK; declining tracking does not itself block eligible rewarded ads. We disable Google’s optional publisher first-party identifier. Our production rewarded-ad requests ask for non-personalized ads. This does not mean no information is collected: ad measurement, fraud prevention and frequency controls can still use identifiers and technical information. Google and advertising partners process information under their own privacy notices. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy
Use Profile → Ad privacy choices to review available consent options. Device privacy settings also control advertising identifiers and app tracking permissions. Options vary by region, device and provider. You can choose not to request a rewarded ad; an ad-dependent unlock will then not be granted. We do not request precise GPS location, your address book, health records or biometric records for the features described here.
Website and operational data
Our hosting and cloud providers process technical request information, including IP addresses, request times, device/browser details and service logs, to deliver and protect the website and app. The app stores settings and session information on your device. Third-party sign-in, billing and advertising services use their own technical storage and identifiers for the functions described above.
Why we use information and who receives it
We use information to operate accounts, personalize the experience, provide and restore purchased access, verify ad rewards, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose failures and comply with applicable obligations. Service providers include Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication and hosting, RevenueCat for billing verification and subscription analytics, Apple and Google for store transactions, Google for ads and consent, and our website hosting provider Vercel.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, investigate fraud or enforce our terms. We do not sell account records for money. Advertising-related disclosures can have specific legal definitions, including sharing, depending on where you live; use the available privacy controls or contact us about your rights. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries, including outside your country of residence.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while needed to operate your account and associated services. You can request account deletion in the app or through https://support.adelumestudios.com Deletion removes access and account-experience data; limited transaction, security, deletion and audit records may remain for purchase verification, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel renewal through the store separately.
Support correspondence and operational records are retained as needed for the purpose for which they were collected and applicable obligations. Provider records are also subject to each provider’s retention rules. Contact us for a request concerning retained information; we may need to verify your identity.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy-request decision. Contact info@adelumestudios.com and describe your request. We will assess and respond under the law that applies to you. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing.
South African users may raise concerns with the Information Regulator at https://inforegulator.org.za/ Users elsewhere may contact the relevant privacy authority. Where processing requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the requested service, consent where applicable, operational and security interests, or legal obligations as appropriate.
Children, security and changes
Auguro Edge is intended for adults who meet the minimum age and legal requirements in their location. It is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
We use access controls, encrypted connections and server-side purchase verification, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when our services or practices change. The effective date identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated as required.
